This
inscription is on the whole the most interesting and important
of the early Mon records. Its great length and the variety of
matters with which it deals which were doubtful in some of the
other records. The inscription is engraved on two stone
columns standing within the precincts of the Shwezigon Pagoda
at Pagan. Each column has four faces.
